At 18:00 on the evening of September 8, the 19th session of the Changsha Jianke Electronics Co., Ltd. Technical Forum on the basic introduction of water pump motor design was successfully held in the training room on the 5th floor of the R&D building. This course was held by Wang Xin, the manager of the large water pump platform. A total of 8 trainers from the company’s technical department participated in this training. Through this training, let everyone understand the theoretical knowledge of motor torque. Electromagnetic torque is the rotating torque formed on the rotor by the interaction of the magnetic flux of each pole of the rotating magnetic field of the motor and the rotor current. It is one of the most important physical quantities for electric motors to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. It is hoped that this training will improve the good match between the controller and the motor, reduce NVH, increase the reliability of the motor, and provide certain theoretical support for improving the performance of the pump.
