On the evening of May 19, 18:15-19:15, the 8th project management training of Changsha Jianke Electronics Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the training room on the 5th floor of the R&D building. The company’s technology department, procurement department, and sales department 18 people participated in the training. Through this training, everyone learned the basic knowledge of the five major processes of project management; understand that project management is mainly to control the project scope, schedule, and cost; based on project management thinking, the following points should be done in daily work as much as possible ：1. Give full play to the subjective initiative, and actively seek solutions to the problems encountered. 2. Carry out the work report with constructiveness and make a synchronized report.
