On the morning of May 27th, a group of 17 faculty and students from the School of Automation, Central South University, visited our Company for learning purposes. The students first visited the water pump workshop, where they gained an understanding of the production process and main equipment of the large pump automated line. They showed great interest in the production process of the automated line. They then visited the Durability Laboratory and Software Laboratory to learn about the functions and uses of the related experimental equipment. Later on, Zheng Yuan, a software engineer who also graduated from Central South University, shared his experiences and had discussions with the students. He introduced the daily work responsibilities, career growth, and insights after joining Jianke. He also provided advice to the students regarding professional learning and skill development.

Finally, Xu Ying, the manager of the Human Resources Department, gave a special lecture on career planning for college students. This lecture provided the students with a preliminary understanding of career development and encouraged them to explore their strengths and interests using relevant tools. The atmosphere on-site was lively, and the students actively interacted with the speakers. At the end of the visit, faculty and students from Central South University expressed that they had gained a lot from this visit and hoped to have more opportunities in the future to exchange and learn at Jianke.
