On the afternoon of November 27th, Jianke Electronics Co., Ltd. in Changsha was invited by the Employment Office of the College of Automation at Central South University to hold a special lecture on career planning for college students. The lecture was delivered by Xu Ying, the Manager of the Human Resources Department, and Wang Tao, the Software Platform Manager, with the participation of nearly 30 undergraduate and graduate students majoring in automation.

The lecture primarily targeted college students, aiming to help them develop awareness of career planning and provide practical planning tools. Teacher Xu Ying has previously delivered career planning lectures on related topics at several local universities, all of which have received unanimous praise from faculty and students. This training session at the College of Automation at Central South University introduced core models from the field of career planning, combining theory with workplace experience, to help students gain a preliminary understanding of the importance of career planning, how to explore themselves, and how to implement career plans. It sparked the interest and motivation of the students present to further explore career planning. The atmosphere on-site was lively, and the participating students actively interacted, with many of their questions demonstrating their interest and contemplation on the topic. The sharing by Teacher Wang Tao on how to integrate career planning with academic planning and some personal insights as someone who has gone through the process also greatly piqued the students' interest.

After the lecture, the representatives from Jianke had discussions and exchanges with Li Danfeng, the Research Secretary of the College of Automation, and Dan Hanbing, a Mentor in the field of motor control, regarding research cooperation directions. Wang Jun, the Chief Engineer of Product Development in our company, and Wang Tao, the Software Platform Manager, had in-depth discussions with the university regarding motor-related fields, seeking more cooperative models to achieve mutual benefits and accelerate the implementation of university-industry cooperation.
